Any size can be made to order. Weight of one towel = width × length × GSM. For example, a 70 × 140 cm towel at 500 GSM weighs 0.70 × 1.40 × 500 = 490 g. The finished weight tolerance is written on your spec sheet.

How we make a terry towel

  1. Yarn purchase

    We buy cotton yarn of the exact count and grade for your order.

  2. Weaving

    Yarn is woven into looped terry fabric with your chosen border.

  3. Bleaching or dyeing

    Fabric is bleached bright white or dyed to your approved colour.

  4. Cutting

    The fabric is cut to your towel size and checked.

  5. Stitching

    Hems, hanging loops and your labels are stitched on.

  6. Packing

    Towels are checked, folded, packed and cartoned to your instructions.
